Aloha,
I am writing in support of Bill 131-24.An alternate route in and out of Puna is a matter of public safety.
This issue will only continue to get worse with the increase of people moving to the most affordable area
of Hawaii. One accident on highway 130 can cause a total shutdown for hours.Any natural disaster can
create chaos and be life threatening. Please pass this bill so that an alternate route can be identified.
