Aloha,
As someone who lost their home and ecotourist business in the 2018 Kilauea eruption, I have been
frustrated to receive little support to rebuild while watching funds be diverted to other projects in areas
not affected by the eruption.
Even if I don't receive direct aid, it would be nice to see funds spent on issues and projects affecting
those who lost their homes and livelihoods,
