Dear Hawaii Island County Council, -
I am writing in full support of your reso 449-24 introduced by Council Chair Heather Kimball, though I do
not believe it even goes far enough. I urge you all to call for an end to US support for the bombing(really,
the genocide) by Israel of the people of Gaza. Call for an immediate and permanent ceasefire in Gaza. If
the US would stop arming Israel to the tune of some 3+ billion per year, Netanyahu would listen to
Biden's weak-kneed recommendation for a ceasefire.
VOTE IN FAVOR OF RESO 449-24.
Call for an end to Genocide in Gaza, an immediate and permanent Ceasefire in Gaza, and an end to US
military aid to Israel.
