Gill 213 -Chapter 14, article 1, section 14-1 of Hawaii County
Code ARTICLE i Alcoholic Beverages
It is time that something is done about the abuse of alcohol at our County
Parks. Y live 200 feet mauka of Kahaluu County Beach Park and the
uncontrolled drinking is totally out of hand. I also own and rent a unit at
Kona Magic Sands which, is between 1.aAloha Park and Pahoehoe Park. Again,
drinking is a major problem at both of these beaches.
Message: This is to support adoption of:
bill 213 -SECTION 1. Chapter 15, section 15-6 - removal of
beach composition.
SECTION Z. Chnpter'1~;
article 2, section 15-18
abandoned property.
SECTION 3. Chapter 15, article 4, section 15-39
camping and trailer areas
These changes should spruce up our parks, they have been looking Quite
shabby lately.
