• One location in Hilo — lease, remodel, contract two
providers, furnish and recruit employer support
• Two locations in Kona — one will support workforce
development, the other will be a purchase and
need to contract two providers to run an employer
sponsored child care site
• Two locations in South Kohala — one strictly
employer sponsored for infant-toddler and
preschool, the other will be in an affordable
housing community
