Her <br /> expertise and skills were honed through her 15 years of service in the office at W.H. Shipman, <br /> which provided her with invaluable insights into various aspects of management and operations. <br /> Eleven years ago, Emily embarked on an entrepreneurial journey by establishing Punachicks <br /> Farm, which is a testament to her innovative spirit and commitment to sustainable agriculture. <br /> She realizes the significance of responsible water management practices in ensuring the long- <br /> term viability of Hawai`i's agricultural sector and ecosystems. <br /> Emily volunteered on the Hawaii Farm Bureau board from 2020-2022.
