I am pleased to nominate Mark Davis of District 7 to the Tax Board of Review. �' 4
Mark offers a wealth of experience and expertise in real estate law, with over 35 years of
distinguished practice as a real estate attorney. His current position as a real estate broker in
Kailua Kona brings an understanding of the intricacies of property taxation and related matters.
His academic background, including a bachelor's degree and a Juris Doctorate, reflects his
commitment to academic excellence and lifelong learning.
Mark has volunteered with the Marine Mammal Center and as a board member of the Komohana
Kai II Board of Directors. He is well-equipped to contribute effectively to the Tax Board of
Review. If confirmed, he will serve a term ending December 31, 2026.
