REQUEST FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION --
Dear Chairwoman Kimball and Hawai`i County Council Members:
Pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. § 92-5(a)(4), we request attorney-client
confidential discussion, in executive session, to consult with the County Council on
questions and issues pertaining to its powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and
liabilities regarding the above-referenced lawsuit Ted H.S. Hong, Esq. filed on
behalf of his client, John J. Andrade, IV.
We request this case be placed on Council's April 3, 2024 agenda to discuss
matters requiring County Council approval. If granted, I will appear before the
Council in person at the Hilo Council Chambers.
