SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 4)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to the Department of
Liquor Control to provide a grant to Big Island Resource Conservation and Development
Council to assist with expenses relating to the Hala Festival at the Maku`u Farmers Market.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$2,750 from the Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
