Re: Office of Housing and Community Development 2024 Action Plan

The Office of Housing and Community Development is required by the United States
Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to submit an Annual Action Plan
in order to receive funding from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG),
HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), and Housing Trust Fund (HTF) Programs.
Enclosed is a resolution to authorize the Mayor to execute and submit the 2024 County of
Hawaii Action Plan, which includes the actual projects and activities that will be carried
out with the County's CDBG funds.
