Subject: Bill 140-24
Dear Council,
I am writing to give my support to Bill 140-24 in the hopes that we can have the Kalapana
Transfer Station open more than just once a week. The accumulated trash that gets left
outside the gate is a big eyesore for this otherwise beautiful part of the island. We just
have more trash and garbage than we can deal with weekly. Please give us some relief!
