Subject: Kalapana Transfer station
I support Bill 140-24 to increase the garbage drop off accommodations to a minimum of two days per
week and to provide recycling bins at the Kalapana Transfer Station.
This will decrease the stench caused by the accumulation of garbage, prevent further infestation of
rats in our neighborhoods, and lessen the illegal littering and dumping of garbage in all the wrong
places.
The population is increasing rapidly and one day per week is not enough to handle the garbage that
is produced by the current population, let alone an increasing one.
Please help us keep our community clean!
