Subject: Kalapana transfer station
I am a longtime resident of Kalapana Seaview.We desperately need the transfer station to be open more
days. There is constantly garbage piled up outside the station on the off days, creating an unsightly
nuisance. Please vote to keep the transfer station more than one day a week. Mahalo, Kristin Lowery
