I am writing to urge you to pass Bill 125. If you have ever encountered bikers on the Mountain Road between Hawi or
Kapaau and Waimea you know how dangerous it can be to share the road with even one biker on a road with no
shoulder and multiple blind curves. It is a wonder that more people have not been killed or injured. Now imagine that
situation with several bikers and the potential for disaster multiplies. Bike Tour companies who willfully put
unsuspecting people in such a situation are reckless. The only possible motivation must be greed. For the safety of both
bikers and driver, please pass Bill 125 before something really awful actually happens
