Subject: Bill 125
In regards to the Bill 125 regarding commercial bicycle tours, I support the passage of this bill..The island is becoming
busier with more tourists and people on the roads. Kohala Mountain Road is not the safest road as it is much less so with
bicycles on the almost non existent shoulder.Tour business must be regulated in general and bike tours groups are no
different. Safety is the concern for residents and visitors.
