SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Resolution No. 466-24; a Resolution
Transferring/Appropriating an Appropriation Out and From a Designated Fund
Account and Crediting Same to a Designated Fund Account to Provide a Grant to
The Grassroots Community Development Group for the 2024 Hilo Lei Day
Festival.
Please see below a proposed amendment to Resolution No. 466-24. The proposed amendment is
shown in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Resolution No. 466-24; material to be
deleted is bracketed and stricken. A copy of the new draft of this bill that would result if this
proposed amendment were to be adopted is intentionally omitted due to the limited scope of this
proposed amendment.
The fifth WHEREAS clause is amended to read as follows:
"WHEREAS, Grassroots Community Development Group is requesting funds for
the sound system, [media ., a4Eetiag,facility rental usage, and videography; and"
