Re: Ordinance Amending Chapter 15 of the Hawaii County Code 1982 (1995
Edition) Relating to Parks and Recreation
Enclosed is the requested revision of the bill which the Department of Parks and
Recreation drafted concerning the amendment to Chapter 15 of the Hawaii County Code.
The bill proposes changes in the regulation of parks areas, including the removal of sand
and soil from parks, the impoundment of abandoned property and camping restrictions.
