Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to the Department of
Liquor Control to provide a grant to the Grassroots Community Development Group for the 2024
Hilo Lei Day Festival.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$1,000 from the Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
