Edition, as Amended), Relating to the Animal Control and Protection
Agency.
Transmitted herewith is Bill No. 139, Draft 2. During its meeting on April 3, 2024,the Council
amended Bill No. 139, with the contents of Communication No. 763.7, resulting in this Draft 2.
The Council then passed Bill No. 139, as amended, at first reading.
