Re: Transmitting Resolution No. 467-24, Draft 2; a Resolution Transferring/Appropriating an
Appropriation Out and From a Designated Fund Account and Crediting Same to a
Designated Fund Account to Provide a Grant to Hawai`i Island Adult Care for its Care-
oke for Kupuna Event.
Attached please find Resolution No. 467-24, Draft 2. Resolution No. 467-24 was amended with
the contents of Communication No. 791.01 and duly approved by the Council on April 3, 2024.
The Council voted to suspend Rule No. 23-1(d) of the Rule of Procedure and Organization of the
Council, which requires the holdover of a substantively amended resolution, and adopted
Resolution No. 467-24, as amended to Draft 2.
