Aloha,
I am writing to you about the dog issue on island. It has gotten way out of control and many neighbors are
struggling with the noise,the attacks, and the folks who own these dogs generally do not care. It is no
longer safe to walk without pepper spray or let our keiki play outside.
Dogs bark and howl into the night.
Please enforce noise laws and increase the fines/punishments for careless dog owners.
We want to make this island a safe place for everyone.
