Subject: Opposition to Bill 143
Aloha-
I do not support Bill 143 for longer Council Member Terms. Especially allowing the current Council
Members to start 4 year terms this election when the public has not even voted to approve this plan.Also
allowing them to "re-start"the clock on the number of terms they can serve. Potentially having current
members in office for 18 years is ridiculous.
