Enclosed is the requested revision of Bill 214 concerning the amendments to Chapter 15 of the
Hawaii County Code.
Section 15-39 Camping and trailer areas.

The bill proposes changes in regulation of park areas, including the impoundment of abandoned
property, and camping restrictions.
