Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to the Department of
Liquor Control to provide a grant to the Big Island Resource Conservation and Development
Council (BIRCDC) to assist with expenses related to the Hala Festival at the Maku`u Farmers
Market.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $2,500 from the Clerk -Council Services —
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
