SUBJECT:
Transmitting Resolution No. 452-24, Draft 2; a Resolution Authorizing
the Mayor to Enter into an Agreement with Arizona State University.
Transmitted herewith is Resolution No. 452-24, Draft 2. Resolution No. 452-24 was amended
with the contents of Conununication No. 767.3 as duly approved by the Council during its
meeting on April 3, 2024.
The Council voted to suspend Rule No, 23-1(d) of the Rules ofProcedure and Organization of
the Council of the County of Hawai `i, which requires the holdover of a substantively amended
resolution, and then adopted Resolution No. 452-24, as amended to Draft 2.
