Subject: Bill 145 Relatin to the Windward and Leeward Planning Commissions
Unfortunately, due to a conflict I will not be available at 2:30pm tomorrow to address Bill 145 at
the Committee on Governmental Operations and External Affairs (GOEAC). Hence, I
respectfully request this matter be deferred to April 30, 2024, GOEAC hearing. Please note for
scheduling purposes I will only be available from 9:00am until 12:00noon on Tuesday, April 30,
2024.
