Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to the Department of
Liquor Control to provide a grant to Hawai`i Island LGBTQ Pride to support its 12th Annual
Pride Festival.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$3,000 from the Clerk-Council Services—
