I'm writing to ask that you PLEASE create a Charter of responsibilities & services for the Animal Control & Protection
Agency, beyond that of Animal Law Enforcement. The situation on our island is really untenable - I understand a
Community Taskforce has presented the top issues from all 9 districts... please follow these guidelines when outlining a
