This donation will be used for the design, permitting and other costs associated with the construction of a new multi -use community center/emergency shelter facility at Spencer Kalani Schutte District Park. Also enclosed is a bill for an ordinance to add an appropriation to Ordinance 23-51, the Capital Budget, for the Department of Parks and Recreation's "DPR Spencer Kalani Schutte District Park Comm Ctr/Enierg Shltr - Private" project and to appropriate $750,000 to the Capital Budget for this project.
