Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating the
interest income from federal grants to the Office of Housing and Community
Development's various Admin and program accounts. Funding will help to increase the
number of households that can be provided with financial assistance and ensure effective
operational management of the grants.
