REQUEST FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION iN3 ---
Dear Chairwoman Kimball and Hawai`i County Council Members:
Pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. § 92-5(a)(4), we request attorney-client
confidential discussion, in executive session, to consult with the County Council on
questions and issues pertaining to its powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and
liabilities regarding the above-referenced discrimination complaint filed by Jennifer
L. Tufui.
We request this case be placed on Council's May 15, 2024 agenda to discuss
matters requiring County Council approval. If granted, I will appear before the
Council in person at the Hilo Council Chambers.
