BILL 125
To whom it may concern,
I am sending this email to support BILL 125 that iscurrently in the works. I am a lifetime
resident here in Kohala and have seen this community expand over the years with a lot more
vehicle traffic, pedestrian traffic and also bicycle traffic.
I am a school bus driver for Robert's Hawaii and feel it is very unsafe to have bike tours use
our roads for all the safety reasons you could think of, especially when there aren't shoulder
space on Kohala Mountain road and the turns leading to Pololu Valley. My biggest fear is the
vehicle I drive on a daily basis is a bit larger than a bicylist, one mistake with being careless
might cause a horrible accident.
Please consider my support in passing this BILL.
