When a community plan is presented with flaws in the way it is written even though it is supposed to be an official document guiding decision makers foryears to come then those flaws should be addressed and corrected before it moves forward. This is basic'101' standard of good government and good leadership. Anything else is just'wrong' and will leave a stain on your own history as council members and what you contributed in your time serving our community. Please kokua. It takes courage to admit failings. This was rushed and not property resourced with staff. Introducing new software that failed to do what was intended was a big mistake and has compromised public trust. Where is the accountability ? Please ensure that these matters are addressed.
