If people have dogs they need to learn that dogs are like kids. They need attention and love and if they
don't get that they will become dangerous because that is what their brain gets programed to become.
Dog owners need to start taking serious responsibility for their dogs!
Bob Northrup should NOT HAVE DIED BY A BRUTAL DOG ATTACK!
PLEASE, HELP PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING AGAIN!!!
Please, I DEMAND preventative protocols to address the dog attack issues because these victims deserve
justice.
Bill 153 is a band -aid and it should be passed anyway because it's a start!
