RE: Comm 824: Nomination of Donna Kuniko Noborikawa to the Leeward Planning
Commission
Honorable Mayor Roth and County Council Members:
I am submitting testimony in support of the confirmation of the nomination of Donna
Kuniko Noborika to the Leeward Planning Commission. Ms. Noborikawa has been a valued
volunteer assisting Hawai'i Wildlife Center with response to and conservation of sick and
injured Hawaiian wildlife for over six years. We are fortunate and appreciative of Kinuko's
volunteerism and community work here on the Island of Hawaii. Kinuko is an active and
valuable member of the community and we enjoy working with her. I believe she will be a
great addition to the committee.
