Dear Chair Evans and Members of the Government Operations and External Affairs Committee:
am writing in support of Kinuko Noborikawa for the North Kohc`�
seat on the Leeward Planning Commission.
As you will see from her resume, Kinuko has extensive planning and
community development experience..
I serve with her on the North Kohala Culture and Historic Advisory
Group of the Kohala Planning Committee, as well as Agricultural
Committee. Her involvement with our Kohala Community is
extensive, with great reverence for the aina.
With her family lineage in Kohala she exhibits a deep commitment to
the Kohala community making her a valued candidate for the West
Hawaii Planning Commission.
