At its last meeting the Growth Management Group of the NKCDP voted �7-]
unanimously to support the appointment of Kinuko Noborikawa to the �9i=='
Leeward Planning Commission. ..W
Kinuko has been an active member of this group as well as many other
subgroups of the NKCDP Advisory Group. She is one of the key members of
the Kohala Trails Connectivity Committee and the Kohala Culture and History
Hui. Her background in land use planning and management and her ability to
ask the right questions at the right time have been invaluable to all the
groups she works with.
It is our feeling that Kinuko's lifelong ties to the Kohala community and her
knowledge of planning matters make her the perfect choice to represent
Kohala on the Commission.
We urge you to support her appointment.
