(7) Palani Road, from a point one thousand feet mauka of the Kailua-Kawaihae Road southwesterly to its intersection with Kuakini Highway. Section 24-257, Schedule 5, 35 mile per hour limit, under (t) Kona. (7) Palani Road, from Hawaii Belt Road to Kuakini Highway. The 25 mile per hour and the 35 mile per hour speed limits are overlapping between Queen Kaahumanu Highway and 1,000 fee[ mauka of Queen Kaahumanu Highway. The proposed traffic code amendment will correct this overlap. We ask for your review and consideration of adoption of the subject amendment.
