SUBJECT: Proposed Amendments to Bill No. 151; An Ordinance Amending Ordinance
Nos. 00-90 and 91-27, which Reclassified Lands from Open (0) to Village
Commercial (CV-10) at KeahuoI5, North Kona, Hawaii covered by Tax Map
Key 7-4-015:015 (Portion).
Transmitted herewith are proposed amendments to Bill No. 151. The proposed amendments are
set forth below, with Amendment No. 3 shown in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents
of Bill No. 151; material to be added is underscored. A copy of the new draft of the bill that
would result if these proposed amendments were adopted is not attached, due to the limited
scope of the amendments.
SECTION 1 of Bill No. 151, which amends section 2 of Ordinance No. 00-90, is redesignated
to amend section 2 of Ordinance No. 91-27, as amended by Ordinance No. 00-90.
2. SECTION I of Bill No. 151 is amended by striking "25-5-5" and inserting "25-2-44" in lieu
thereof.
3. SECTION I of Bill No. 151 is further amended by adding the following conditions to be
appropriately inserted and to read as follows:
"P. Final Plan Approval shall be secured within ten 10 ears from the effective date of
this amendment.
Q_ An initial extension of time for the performance of conditions within this ordinance
may be requested in accordance with Section 25-2-44 subsections c and d of the
Hawaii County Code."
