SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 136, Draft 2, the Proposed Operating Budget
for Fiscal Year 2024-2025
Below is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 136, Draft 2, the proposed Operating Budget for
fiscal year 2024-2025, to amend appropriations in the following General Fund revenue and
expenditure accounts:
• Increase the Fund Balance From Previous Year revenue account by $271,227;
• Increase the Fire Training S&YV, Overtime S&W expense account by $257,212 for
Engine Company Operations overtime;
• Increase the Fire Training OCE, Misc. Contract Svcs expense account by $6,720 for
Engine Company Operations training; and
• Increase the Fire Training OCE, Public Safety Supplies expense account by $7,295 for
personal protective equipment supplies for training.
The above amendments to the General Fund accounts are shown in detail in the table below:
