SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 136, Draft 2, the Proposed Operating Budget
for Fiscal Year 2024-2025
Below is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 136, Draft 2, the proposed Operating Budget for fiscal
year 2024-2025, to amend appropriations in the following General Fund revenue and expenditure
accounts:
• Increase the Fund Balance Fiona Previous Year- revenue account by $250,000; and
• Increase the Police Adn7 Div -Equip, Misc. Equipinent expense account by $250,000 to
add a new line item for Hilo Station Facility Fencing.
The above amendments to the General Fund accounts are shown in detail in the table below:
