Subject: County Budget Amendment to add 2.5M to a South Hawaii Animal Control Facility
Aloha,
I would like to add my strong support to this amendment. Living in Kau district,and driving to Kailua-Kona daily for work,
I see far too many unattended and/or feral animals along the road. Most are dead;
but some alive. Likewise,there are many animals roaming freely
through our neighborhood. We desperately need more animal control here on this island.
