My name is Sarah Masoner, I am a resident in Ocean View. I would like to voice my support for an animal
control facility down here in Ka'u! I got my own sweet dog when he wandered into my property,and I
know many other neighbors with similar stories. However it feels like there has been quite an increase in
animals that are being dumped down south. Having a facility close by to help address this problem
would be greatly appreciated!
