Aloha,
I am writing to urge you to support the appropriation for funds to have an animal control facility in South
Hawaii!
This is a much needed addition to our local area as the dog situation has gotten out of control.
No one should be attacked by dogs! No one should be injured or killed!
The time is now to fix this!
