Case 1:23-cv-00393: REQUEST FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION
Dear Chairwoman Kimball and Hawai`i County Council Members:
Pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. § 92-5(a)(4), we request attorney-client
confidential discussion, in executive session, to consult with the County Council on
questions and issues pertaining to its powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and
liabilities regarding the above-referenced matter, including a discussion regarding
partial settlement.
We ask that this matter be placed on the Council's June 5, 2024 agenda to
discuss matters requiring County Council awareness. If granted, I will appear
before the Council in person in Hilo Council Chambers.
