SUBJECT: Transmitting Bill No. 125, Draft 4; An Ordinance Amending Chapter 6 of
the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as Amended),by Adding a
New Article Relating to Commercial Bicycle Tours.
Transmitted herewith is Bill No. 125, Draft 4. At its meeting on May 15, 2024,the Council
amended Bill No. 125, Draft 3, with the contents of Communication No. 679.69, resulting in the
attached Draft 4.
The Council then voted to postpone Bill No. 125, as amended to Draft 4, to its meeting
scheduled for June 5, 2024.
