Relating to Planning.
Transmitted herewith is Bill No. 138, Draft 2. At its meeting on May 14, 2024,the
Governmental Operations and External Affairs Committee amended Bill No. 138 with the
contents of Communication No. 760.7, resulting in the attached Draft 2.
The Committee then voted to forward Bill No. 138, as amended to Draft 2,to Council with a
favorable recommendation.
