.......... ... <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII •' '''' hr • STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 526 24 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR PARK MAINTENANCE AND/OR <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 7. <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation provides the public with many <br /> diversified recreation programs in our park facilities and gyms that address the needs and <br /> interests of the community in a safe and well-maintained environment; and <br /> WHEREAS, Council District 7 has various park facilities in need of maintenance and/or <br /> improvements, which include, but are not limited to, facility renovations, fencing, landscaping, <br /> and other necessary and appropriate improvements; now,therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 7 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation for park maintenance and/or improvement projects in Council District 7. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $44,100 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $44,100 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.801.5801.33 Department of Parks and Recreation $44,100 <br /> Transfer to Capital Projects Fund-G <br /> 341 Misc.
