As discussed at the April 19, 2000 Council meeting, attached is Bill No. 216, Draft 2, which
replaces the name "Queen Liliuokalani Boulevazd" with "Makala Boulevard" because there is
another street named Queen Liliuokalani. Also some housekeeping changes to re-format the
original language of Ordinance No. 93-66 to our current format have been included.
