AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO.23-50,AS AMENDED,THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30,2024.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No.23-50, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating revenues in the
following amount(s)to the fund(s)as set forth in Section 2.

SECTION 2. The foregoing amount(s) as specified in Section 1 hereof is/are hereby appropriated to the following

completion of the grant program(s).
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon the earlier of: its approval or on June 30, 2024.
